Where is 7Sundays booking service available at present?
At the moment 7Sundays is available in Milan and Apulia. Why did we select these two areas? The answer is easy: Milan is the city of fashion, business, architectural development, culture, and much more, but the seaside landscape is definitely missing! For this reason, we want to offer a valid destination for your summer vacation to those who love the crystal-clear blue waters, the colors of wild nature, the taste of local flavors and the enveloping warm of the sun. The ambitions of 7Sundays have no limits, and maybe other cities will be selected sooner!
What is the fee charged to the guest?
7 Sundays offers an advertising service for short period rentals. The apartments can be booked independently by the user. When booking, the total price includes a 10% commission charged to the guest.
What is the fee charged to the owner?
7Sundays requires each host a commission of 15€ per month for the first year, for the advertising of his apartment on www.7sundays.it website. The agreements are discussed at the end of each year and sanctioned through a specific contract. Alternatively, the host can be charged 3% fee when the user books an apartment.
Can I book an apartment for another person?
Yes, of course! just enter the names of the guests staying with you in the apartment when booking. If they are employees of a foreign company, there is a dedicated page in the “about us> for companies” section where you can contact our team and sign a partnership agreement to get special discounts.
The apartment is not as I expected. What can I do?
We wish we would never have to face this, but we are conscious that the unexpected circumstance cannot always be set apart. If it is the case, we suggest to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be ready to help you
I would like to extend my stay. What should I do?
If you decide to extend your stay we will be happy to host you longer. You can make a new booking request and check the apartment availability in the selected dates. Otherwise you will have to search for another apartment available
What is 7Sundays cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy of each apartment is subject to the host instructions. It is available in the listing description before making the payment.
What features should my apartment have to be selected?
Our apartment selection policy is very strict: our housing experts evaluate 7 features before accepting a new apartment in the 7Sundays offer: geographical location, reachability, accessibility, structure, furnishings, comforts, and much more to guarantee the guest maximum satisfaction. Each host must commit to maintaining the standard of their apartment in order to guarantee their stay in the 7Sundays community over time and become THE BEST STAY OF THE YEAR, taking advantage of special benefits in terms of visibility and remuneration.
How can I add my listing on 7Sundays website?
If you are interested in renting your apartment on 7Sundays website, you need to fill in the form “be a host” and a member of our team will contact you soon. Or you can login with your account and you can start listing your apartment. It will be available on our website within 24 hours or after matching your apartment features with our selection standards.
Why should I be interested in becoming a 7Sundays host?
Being a 7Sundays host means giving your apartment the right value it deserves. As 7Sundays policy is aimed at advertising a maximum of 700 apartments on its website, a greater visibility will be given to each of them, and a greater quality when searching the perfect destination. Furthermore, hosts can get some extra earnings from the additional services of 7Sundays (please refer to the contractual conditions provided after applying in “be a host” page)
Is it free to list my apartment on 7Sundays website?
The cost of advertising on our website is € 15 per month for each ad. One year after signing the contract between the host and 7Sundays, it is possible to evaluate the renewal of the contract and the general conditions related to the costs of advertising.
Who will take the photo shooting of my apartment?
Our professional photographers will come and take high-quality photos that will later be included in your listing. 7Sundays retains the copyrights of the photos and the host cannot use theme for personal or commercial purposes outside of our website.
